Registration is required for all congress participants. You may complete your registration either on-line or by using Registration & Accommodation Reservation Form. Accommodation details are required in order to process your registration.

The Economic package is available to delegates who fulfil both of the following criteria:

• Their country of residence has a GDP – per capita of below $ 15.000 as defined by the CIA World Fact book.For further details please visit the following website: https://www.cia.gov/library/publications/the-world-factbook/index.html
• They are non-clinically qualified research students or postdoctoral fellows, nurses who have no access to funding or retired.
• Please download and complete the registration form from the Website. Attach a signed confirmation by the head of your department or lab confirming that you are in training and under the age of 35 and send by fax to +90 212 343 80 23.

Confirmation:

Confirmation will be sent to all participants in written form after receipt of registration, accommodation details and payment.
Confirmations for online registration will be sent instantly while written registrations should be allowed business days for the process.
Registration applications and payments sent after April 17th, 2009 may not be confirmed in written form since the advance registration will be closed after this date.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

ALL CANCELLATIONS must be sent in writing to TeamCon Congress Services Worldwide.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATIONS made;
Within February 27th, 2009 : the paid amount will be refunded with a deduction of 100 EUR for administrative charges.
After February 27th, 2009 : the total amount will be forfeited and no refund will be possible.

All refunds will be processed after the ECE 2009 Congress. Please send your exact bank account details with the written cancellation. All bank fees related to the refunds are to be paid by the participant.

Methods of Payment

Payments are to be made in EUROS.
Payments can be made using one of the methods stated below.

1) On-Line Registration:
Upon providing your personal and accommodation details, you will be required a valid credit card which the fess will be debited.

2) Wire (Bank) Transfer:
The wire transfer should be exclusive of bank or any other charges. Please make sure to indicate participant’s name and all below details during transfer. A copy of the transaction statement should be faxed to TeamCon Congress Services Worldwide with registration form to +90 212 343 80 23

Please do not forget to bring a copy of the bank transaction statement as the proof of your payment.

Please fill out the required fields in the Registration & Accommodation Reservation Form, supply your credit card details and send the form to the Congress Secretariat. Upon receipt of your form, registration amount will be debited from your credit card.
